We own a very nice SFR in the Stanley Lake area. It presently has renters. They have never missed a payment and have been super. He is a landscaper and has worked created pond and garden. It is beautiful.
The renters want to buy it but can not get financing.
We moved to WI and now would like to swap the property for one closer to us.
Here it is this is an insta-rental! We want a property in WI.
