Looking for a house/condo swap - my house in Madison for yours in Seattle. Approx one week this summer - Dates yet TBD, but most likely will be end of July, August sometime. Does not have to be Seattle proper. (I used to live in Seattle '90-'97 so familiar with the area. My house: close to downtown, capitol, lake, bike path, zoo.
Fenced in backyard. Modest but neat and quaint.
