I am looking to potentially swap housing with you! Are you looking to downsize? Retiring? Divorce? Just don't want to shovel anymore?
I have a beautiful 2 bedroom, 1.75 bath condo on Madison's east side. The condo features a sunroom with southern exposure, full-size washer/dryer, heated underground parking, extra storage, secure locked building, and much more! Plenty of parking available.
Pool opens Memorial Day weekend (weather permitting)!!
We can swap with short notice if needed.
What we're looking for:
-Anything with a larger yard
-Anything with extra garages (2+ car) or the space to build them (zoning for it, too) Pole barns are a bonus!
-Ideal would be a 3 bedroom 2 bath house, but we're willing to consider other options.
-We will consider anything on the north, northeast, east side of Madison, Deforest, Windsor, some parts of Sun Prairie or near surrounding areas.
Condo is currently priced at $139,900. We are looking to swap/trade with you in the price range of $0-$230k.
We frequent the MLS - no need to send us your properties if they are currently listed there.
