It's a great loft with TONS of closet space. Fridge is new, stove works great and the A/C / heater can really crank it out. The bathroom is pretty basic but nice. It is a 2nd story unit so there is a balcony that faces the road but it is not noisy at all. The view is actually quite nice! There is underground parking available as well for $35 a month. Elevators inside as well. Laundry is on both sides of the complex with all of the washers and driers being brand new and quite nice. A storage unit (approx 6x10) is included as well and is located in the basement. The apartment is in tip-top shape! I'll have the apartment cleaned professionally before you move in so its literally like new when you move in. I'm not a smoker and the unit hasn't had any cats in it but the building is cat friendly. There is also an intercom system and buzzer to the front door.

The staff here is top notch; Bill really cares about his residents and always has answer for me. The maintenance staff here is also great. I've only had to use them once because of a ceiling fan blade was a little loose. They were there within 15 minutes and fixed the problem right away.

Since I'm looking to move out West, I wont be bringing any of my furniture and large appliances with me. You can have the couch, coffee table, end table, corner lamp, weight bench and weights, TV stand and 32" TV for free! Or I can throw them out, pick and choose.

I've really enjoyed my stay here. The location is awesome because its close to West Towne Mall and Middleton but its still a quiet little area. Crime is nonexistant here and everyone else in the building is really nice.

I am looking to sublet my apartment as soon as possible. The new tenant will be able to move in immediately, and the lease will run until next August. The building is located near the intersection of N.Henry St and Langdon St, on Iota Ct- right on the lakeshore. The apartment has a lakeside balcony off of the living room AND the bedroom, and the building has a dock and patio on the lake. The building is only minutes away from State Street and campus buildings. Off-street parking is available, but leased seperately from the apartment.

The apartment is a large 1 bedroom/1 bathroom on the 2nd floor. The living room is 19' by 12'6", the bedroom is 14'4" by 12'5". There is a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, brand new stove, brand new dishwasher, garbage disposal, and lots of cabinet and counter space. There is decent closet space in the bedroom and a closet by the front door. There is also a brand new air conditioner in the living room, and an air conditioner in the bedroom.

Water, hot water, garbage, and sewer are included in the rent. Renter must pay electricity. Electric bills usually run about $30-40 a month if you aren't running the air conditioning constantly or have the heat cranked up.

Cats are allowed, but dogs are not.

I just signed my lease in October and have now decided to move out of state and need to find somebody to sublet my apartment from December 1st 2009-October 31st 2010. It's on Main St. above All Through The House in Stoughton, across from Sonny's bar. Only a 20 minute drive to Madison. It's a big studio, it's got a main room and a kitchen/dining room. We fit a double size bed, loveseat, dresser, tv and computer in the main room. Decent size bathroom, with bathtub and shower. There's a door that leads to a porch. Cheap to heat/AC. Our most expensive electric bill was $80, in the winter. 1 window in the main room. Nice view of the alley :-) We've kept it clean and we don't smoke in the apartment. Rental company said up to 2 people can live there, you would have to fill out an application and pay a $100 sublet fee before you moved in. Quiet neighbors. Only 3 other apartments in building.
