Hello!

We have a 2 bedroom apartment available from the first week of July to any date in July. We would be willing to sublet for a 2 week period for 550$. We are flexible please let us know which dates you are interested in and we will try to accommodate you. We are located on the East Side of Madison, right in front of Warner Park, in a residential area, great for nature hikes in the park (which has over 2 miles of trails). Everything is included (telephone with free long distance calls to USA/ Canada), High Speed internet with wireless on a secured network, electricity, etc). If you are looking for a shorter/ longer stay, please let me know and we can arrange something.

It is a completely brand new apartment that was redone 6 months ago (carpet is new, all the paint is new, appliances are new, kitchen cabinets are new, linoleum in kitchen and bathroom is new, you get the idea :) .

The kitchen has a whole set of pots and pans, bowls, glasses, plates, cooking knives, kitchen table/ chair set, etc.. the regular stuff. There is a toaster, dishwasher and a microwave. The bedrooms come complete with sheets/ blankets and I currently have 5 beds available to choose from, a queen size mattress, a slightly smaller double size mattress (both suitable for 2 people) and 3 twin size mattresses (single size beds).

The master bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet and the other room has a smaller closet with decent space/ overheand shelf. The living room currently has a sofa set, coffee tables, lamps, etc. It is carpeted throughout. It is a secure building and the front door to the building must be unlocked to get in. I have a permit for parking and you can use the reserved parking lot next to the apartment. There is also plenty of parking on the street and only one side to park on so no changing sides every other day!

There is a public library a block away, it is part of the shopping complex there that includes a 24-hour Walgreen's (pharmacy), a big surface food store, a coffee shop, Subway, and a few other stores and restaurants. The Warner Park community center is a 5 minute walk away and it includes a gym (costs 3$/day or 30$/20 days of your choice). There is also a drop in day care in the community center 5 days a week (3$/hr for non-members) and 3 days a week there is a scheduled playgroup in a gym for younger kids (3$/ day). For adults there are classes a la carte as well, not sure on the prices. Of course there is Warner Park, it's a huge park with lots of space, forest, trails, a lake and rivers, geese, deer and rabbits. And within a 1 minute walking distance there is a kids park with swings, slides, a sandbox and the likes. Also near are the baseball/ football/ soccer fields which are always open to the public. Not even 2 miles away is the Cherokee Marsh Nature Reserve with over 4000 acres of natural area and over 7 miles (11 km) of trails to walk in.

The room is quite large with a balcony attached and a walk-in closet. You would be sharing a bathroom with two other girls. The bathroom is a little smaller but it has a great storage area for all your toiletries and a bathtub/shower with good pressure. The house is quite large, each girl has their own bedroom and there is a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The basement also has a washer and dryer free of charge. There also is outdoor parking available conveniently located behind the house for an additional $35 a month. Our internet/cable bill is only $25 a month ($5 a person) and utility bills have ranged between $75-200 a month ($15-40 a person). All the girls are extremely nice and lots of fun so hopefully you are too!
