This is an Ironman 320e, fully programmable, cross-training, low-impact aerobic workout elliptical machine. It has 16 varying levels, forward and reverse capability, heart rate monitor with a built-in EKG sensor, grip pulse handle bars, 16 inch stride, water bottle holder, sealed bearings and extra large foot plates for comfort. It also has an LCD monitor display that shows time, calories burned and heart rate. This machine utilizes both arms and legs with dual action handrails and pedals for an upper and lower body workout.
