This is a ceramic rod knife sharpener system, with the block, two sets of rods (coarse and fine), and instructions. I bought the set new at a gun show several years ago, but have a couple sets and need to make some room. The rods mount in holes in the block at the proper angle for each grit. The rods are used, but not worn. You can order more of the rods in different grits from the company. It's a very easy system to use, and safer than most hand-held setups.
