Transferring to UW Madison (or any surrounding school)? Want to meet people and be in a fellow student environment? Just want to live right on campus? (Can't get any closer than 777 University!)
Lucky 101 is the perfect place! Lucky 101 is a "dorm program" within the apartments! You will be surrounded with fellow transfer students/ a few freshmen/regular students and have an easy going RA to help with the process at Madison. You'll get a dorm experience with weekly events!
Live on the 6th floor in a double room (you'll have one roommate), with two suite mates. A very spacious apartment, built only two years ago. This apartment includes two bathrooms, and a very nice kitchen and living room.
Rent is $840 (+$20 a month if you want the card to do laundry on the floor & buy food at the food court/random other restaurants) Rent is definitely negotiable...so don't be shy! Also, This includes everything (heat/electricity/etc). Your portion of cable would already be paid for by myself as well!
You would not be subletting from me-you would sign a contract for 2nd semester ONLY through Steve Brown Apartments: Lucky.
This is a great deal, because this apartment just has a contract for the academic year-meaning you wouldn't have to find anyone to sublet it in the Summer!
