One room available for next year. Looking for another college student to live with us three (soon-to-be) juniors. Near campus, within walking distance. Heat, electric, air conditioning, parking, cable, laundry, all included. We have a back yard and the whole house to ourselves. House has a basement, garage, sun room, deck, and spare living room/guest room. Bedrooms are big too!
We are a fun group of two guys and a girl. We like to have fun and host parties now and then, but we take school seriously too. We are all very clean and organized and would like a similar roommate.
