This is perfect for a commuter!!! It is safe and great if you live in a different
city but work here. We are minutes to the American Family Corporate center. I prorate a lower rate if you are here only a few days per week.
The room includes a bathroom, walk-in closet and 10 x 12 bedroom. It is on the 2nd floor with a great view of the country. You also get a place in the garage.
We split utilities 4 ways.
You have Charter cable\internet and phone in the room so you have privacy. The kitchen and laundry are shared with 3 other people. We all have our own private space. I want a person with a mature attitude. This is a place where we get along but have our own lives. If this is for you, please contact me.
