I am currently looking for a female roommate to share a 2 bedroom apartment starting Aug '08. I currently live in a 2 bed, 1 1/2 bath apartment near downtown and Monona Bay. The apartment complex has a courtyard and a pool. I'm looking for someone to either move into my apartment in the other bedroom. Heat is included and electricity usually runs $20-50 total. We pay $9 each for water/sewer. Laundry is on site. There is a storage room (locked and key access). Parking is available $30 uncovered or $50 covered (unless it went up for next year).
I am a 24 year old, young professional who will be going back to school. I am not a huge party person and tend to go to sleep on the earlier side and not stay up all night. I'm relatively neat and keep common areas tidy. I prefer to live with a non-smoker. I'm not a fan of pets, so I would prefer a roommate without pets of any kind.
