i have a bedroom open in my condo for next year, its got a bed, desk, bookshelf, walk in closet

rent will be 400$ plus split utilities (usually around 480$ total a month)

its a pretty kickass place, we have our own laundry stuffs in the condo, and a free community pool for the area

looking for a pretty laid back roomate

its got a bus stop really close to it (about a block), 10min bus ride to and from campus on weekdays, around 20 minutes on the weekend

no smoking inside please
