Located in Poynette WI, apprx 30minutes north of any side of madison depending on the route you take.
We have a room a available in our 3 bedroom duplex to share with a responsible, repectful and reliable man or woman. Utilities are not included but are more then reasonable. Pets are ok as there is a cat(mine) in the house already. Particulars would have to worked out with landlord of course, as would lease terms as well. Would prefer someone willing to rent the full term of the lease.
Unit has ample sized living room , family room and eat in kitchen. 1 3/4 baths, you would share the full bath sort of, with other roommate. I say sorta of because he travels extensively for work so he's not there much.
The Yard is of decent size that we are respnsible for keeping up, cutting the grass etc.
Are is quiet and neighbors are respectful. We would like to find someone open mindedm lain back and easy to get along with. If you party heavily or are a smoker this might not be the best place for you. Pictures are available upon request or we can set up a time for you to see the place.
