I am looking for a roommate (male or female) to share my 3 story condo near the Great Dane in Fitchburg. The condo is new (less than 1 year old), next to McKee Farms Park, bike trails and bus line.

I am a single professional female that moved to Madison from Chile. I have lived in Madison for 7 years and will be 30-years-old this coming July. I work Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. I like to enjoy my weekends going out with friends and/or hosting a party. I love traveling, dancing, music, reading and having culturally enriching experiences.

The rent is negotiable. The $700 includes utilities, but the rent is mainly to help me cover part of my monthly mortgage payment.
