There's a room open in our 4bdr flat! $320/month including utilities (but not including cable, internet, etc). We're students (UW and MATC), it's cool if you are too. Lease runs from Aug 14 08 to Aug 14 09. The room is big enough that you could probably split it if that interests you. We've got all the furnishings for common spaces, you just take care of your room.
