Available 6/15: Medium room, $385/month
Available 8/15: 2 medium rooms, ~$385/month
All utilities, laundry, local and long-distance phone, and wireless internet are included in the rent. $70/month extra for food costs.
We are a community of five women, two men, and three cats that is currently looking for more members. Some of us work and some go to school. Our house is centrally located in a quiet and diverse neighborhood, which is two blocks from James Madison and three blocks from the capitol. We take turns making great vegetarian meals and working in our garden. We welcome open-minded people of all ages, sexes, genders, colors, sexual orientations, and economic backgrounds, who are interested in enriching our community and environment.
