We (my 3.5 yr old daughter and I) are looking for a female or single mother to share our 3 bdrm duplex in McFarland. You would have your own large bdrm and full bath downstairs, and parking. The home is in an awesome neighborhood just minutes from the beltline. We have a large yard, and a nice size deck that overlooks it. I am looking for $550 + security deposit. Rent would include room, utilities (water, electric/heat), cable TV, & washer/dryer.
We are searching for females ONLY w/a stable income, references, someone who is quiet, CLEAN, respectful. No drug users and Non-smokers please. Pets?
