sublet a room in a 3 bedroom apartment at the Pres House. End of May to end of July. Bedroom is shared, my roommate may or may not be there. All utilities included, water, heat, a/c, internet, cable. Big kitchen, living room, fully furnished, 2 bathrooms. The bedroom is furnished too, comes with a desk, bed and dresser. Pres House only allows same sex to share a room, so females only please.
