Hi, I have 1 bedroom to sublet out for the summer (May 16-August 15). It is in a 4 bedroom apartment, 2 bathrooms. 2 of my roommates will be living here this summer and one of them plus myself will not be, so if you are looking for 2 rooms this is the perfect place. The 2 who will be living here are both males. One is gone quite often and both are very kind and considerate.
We have on site laundry, parking available, A/C. My room has its own A/C unit which is great in the summer, it gets cold very quick.
We do not have a dishwasher, but besides that this is a great place at a very cheap price.
Located at 511 West Johnson St. - right next to the double tree hotel. Its a great spot, 5 minute walk to downtown or campus.
