I'm looking for another woman to share my 2 bedroom apartment with myself and my 8 month old son. My son and I would share one room (either one is fine with me). The property includes off street parking, a small yard, on site coin-op laundry and locked basement storage space. My current lease ends on August 31st, so I only need a roomate until that time (although I would like to stay there longer). The apartment is on the second floor of a four unit brick building that is over 100 years old. Both bedrooms have a view of the Atwood Community Gardens and all rooms are very sunny. The kitchen is spacious and great for cooking, the living room has a large window and plenty of room as well. The location is great! Utilites would be split 50/50. I am a young recent college graduate who works less than half-time and takes care of my son 3/4 of the time. I like where I live to be very organized and relatively clean.
