The apartment will be painted and the carpet will be shapooed
A large living room (about 30' by 16'), a kitchen, and a bathroom are on the upper floor.
Two rooms are on the bottom floor. A lot of windows w/ blinds are in the living room.

There are several other storage areas. There is a large closet in the bathroom and a coat closet in the hall.
Bedroom 1: 14' x 11.5' plus closet that is standard size (YOURS)
Bedroom 2: smaller about 13' x 12' plus standard closet.
Lease is August 15th- August 14th 2009; but may move in as early as the 10th
Parking is $30 per month
