I am a young, female professional who just moved to Madison and am looking for someone to share the rent in my furnished apartment. The apartment is in a great location; 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, dishwasher, W/D and extra storage in basement. Natural gas, electricity and internet are not included in the rent, which is $545/month. The lease is to be signed August 10, but it is possible to move in before. I am looking for someone, preferrably female, mature and very clean and quiet. One cat lives here, no other pets allowed.
