I'm looking for a roommate to share my 2 BR / 2 bath apt at The Surf, on Lake Mendota. One block off Langdon, 2 blocks of State St and an easy walk to campus. The apt is on the 14th floor, awesome view of both lakes and the capitol, is fully furnished w/ leather furniture and has new stainless steel appliances. Rent is $785 and includes heat, water, cable and internet. Electric bill runs at about $25 a month to split. Gated parking is available but costs extra.
