We have an unfinished basement that we want to rent out or have a extra bedroom to rent out.
We do have dogs an a 19 month little girl. So if you do not mind pets or kids this may be place for you.
We are easy going we live in a Condo small backyard. Right off the bus line room for you to park your car if have one.
We prefer someone who is neat an clean an not going to be to loud.
