Hello All,
I have a room open right down town on Broom Street, between Wilson & Doty. It's only 5 blocks from state, so its close to down town, yet its a block from Lake Mendota. Rent is $284 a month. You would be living with my roommates Ashely, and Neil. There both 21, and are pretty laid back, and work.. We keep the house tidy, but they occationaly have partys. There is no parking included, but there's always street parking around. Small pets are fine, as long as you take care of them. You can't smoke in the house all the time, but there is a pourch. If you were to move in, I would have to get my security deposite replaced, which would be an extra $284, but there is a way to work it out with the rental agency, so you wouldnt have to pay it all right away if that was a problem.
