My boyfriend and I are splitting a room in a two-bedroom apartment, and we're looking for a third roommate to occupy the other bedroom. I'm going to be a third-year student and he will be graduating this fall.
This is a great location by State Street and close to UW Campus. There's a major bus stop right across the street, so you can get anywhere easily.
Utilities are separate and will be split three ways. This should come out to about ~$60, bringing the total rent and utilities to about $550 for your own room.
Large living room with two floor-to-ceiling windows and three more big windows, two black leather couches, modern kitchen with dishwasher, nice bathroom with two sinks and a large mirror. Completely furnished, and I have all the kitchen stuff you'd need, too. I also have a decent-sized TV and extremely loud speakers for music or whatever. Trash disposal and laundry facilities are just down the hall. Easy!
Preferably you'd be OK with heating and cooling the apartment so we can all be comfortable... We're pretty easy going otherwise, and we don't mind drinking or having "social gatherings," but no smoking in the apartment! We're hoping to find another male student who doesn't have a ton of belongings, wants to live in a nice place but doesn't mind splitting a bedroom three ways... That's about it.
There may be parking available, but it's $155/month.
