yep, temps have dropped, but the overall trend is that they're rising. global warming cannot be denied. the cause is what's up for debate.
my hypothesis is that at the start of the industrial revolution we were entering a natural warming trend cycle. but we have vastly increased both the amount and the speed at which warming is occurring.
