If you read the last two post, you will realize that the statement was made that this is the first warming trend where CO2 levels have gone up BEFORE temperature has gone up. Yet, you don't have an answer to explain why that is. Even the most skeptical scientist will admit that CO2 is a greenhouse gas, though they may differ on its overall effect. As far as previous warming periods, we didn't have 6.5 billion people on Earth, some of which do not have access to a supermarket and still hunt and harvest their own food. If they can't hunt because the animals move to a more favorable climate and can't harvest because their crops can't grow in the new climate, what will they do for food? There exist more of an issue than whether or not you can just go inside to your air conditioning. Or maybe you just want to think of yourself as it seems all Americans like to do these days.

As far as the CO2 levels higher during Ice Age periods, prove it. You made the claim, show me the evidence. And don't post a link to some hillbilly website either. Show me something from a university or other internationally accredited orginization that has the raw data, not a graph that has been munipulated.

History is filled with examples where Science has made claims and they have been dismissed because they are inconvient or because they challenge beliefs. I believe that this will be the case this time. However, the consequences this time have the ability to wipe out a majority of the species and humans on the planet. Like I said before, the Earth will be fine during global warming, its the human race that we will destroy.
