Looking For A Metal/Hardcore/Hard Rock Project Or To Create A Project (Downtown Madison)

I'm looking for a current project that's looking for another musician or to just start something up from scratch. I play both guitar and bass proficiently, not tech death proficiently, but I can hold my own in the genre. I'm more of a by-ear player than a by-note player, but I know my theory. I write both songs and lyrics and would be completely up to doing vocal work as well as guitar work if not both if needed.

Influences: Many and all over the genre's. Here is just a sample list of some of them for the various genre's. I'm not partial to anyone genre in particular.

Death Metal: Origin, Gorefest, Hypocrisy, Apiary, Grave
Death Melodic: The Absence, Mercenary, Scar Symmetry, Insomnium
Deathcore: From A Second Story Window, Heaven Shall Burn, Suicide Silence
Black Metal: Vesania, Dark Fortress, Satan's Host, Behemoth, Ihsahn
Thrash: Sanctity, Testament (recent), Onslaught (recent), Hatchet, Warbringer
Power: Mystic Prophecy, Helloween, Hammerfall, Dream Evil
Progressive: Anubis Gate, Symphony X, Dominici, Firewind, Novembre, Textures
Metalcore: All That Remains, Machinemade God, The Human Abstract, Protest The Hero
Hardcore: The Warriors, Parkway Drive, Cataract, The Dillinger Escape Plan
Screamo: Oh Sleeper, The Chariot, From Autumn To Ashes
Hard Rock: Chevelle, Disturbed, Seether, Breaking Benjamin
Nu-Metal: Mushroomhead, Slipknot, Korn, Linkin Park

Equipment:

Guitar: Ibanez RG 6-String in Drop D down 3 half steps, 30 Watt Roland Cube
Bass: Ibanez SG 4-String in standard, 30 Watt Roland Bass Cube
Drums: Simple Pearl standard set, 3 Toms, Bass, Hi-Hat, 18" Ride, 16" Crash
PA: Soundtech PA4040 40 Watt with stock cabinets, mic

Transportation isn't a problem except for the drum set. My current practice space (my room) is fairly small but I've had 3 to 4 practicing before in my space through the PA without too many problems if the drum set is needed for use. Schedule wise I work 7am-3pm starting May 17th so afternoon/evening practice sessions work best, I'm free all days of week after that, weekends entirely free for the most part. E-mail contact me for my cell phone if you're interested in talking or meeting up!
