•	Coordinating non-union policy development and maintenance. <br>

•	Managing the pre-employment and DOT drug testing programs. <br>
•	Managing the Equal Opportunity Employment program and its affiliates. <br>
•	Administering non-union unemployment activities. <br>
To be successful in this position requires extensive knowledge and experience in recruiting, including developing sourcing strategies and developing strong relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other sources. Highly effective performance management consulting skills and a thorough understanding of employment law is imperative. Knowledge and experience in training and organizational development required. This knowledge and experience is typically gained through the completion of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field with 5-7 years of related experience.
