Vintage all-metal kitchen utility table / cart, with drop-leaf work top. The top measures 23" x 16" wide when the wings are down, 40" wide with the wings up.
It needs a new set of caster wheels, but it otherwise in pretty nice shape, just a little very light rust spotting to the chrome, light wear and a couple of scratches to the yellow. The color is nice and bright, without fading.
