I am looking to rent a small house, 2+ bedrooms; I am interested in a quiet location that allows cats. I am willing to put down a pet deposit in addition to the security deposit.
I have an excellent rental history and have been at my current location to 9 yrs., so I like to stay in one place a long time.
A garage would be nice but not essential; I have a washer/dryer and hook ups would be great too.
