Knowing it is a buyers market and there are TONS of homes not moving-we will wait-so if you are extremely motivated or know someone who is or even close to foreclosure-email us your bottom dollar and best terms-we want a great deal, but something that we can stay in for a long time as well

In or around Madison-we are flexible but not more than 10/15 miles outside of madison

Needs to have 5 bedrooms-3 ba, 3 car garage and prefer it not to be a ranch....unless it is just one heck of a deal
