I am moving and no longer have room for my hutch! It's a beautiful solid cherry and measures 3'8" wide, 1'7" deep & 6' tall. There are three shelves with grooves to stand plates on the top half as well as three drawers. On the bottom there are three more drawers, and one large drawer the entire width of the hutch. There are also three doors with plenty of storage! It is decent shape, there are some scratches and a couple chips in the wood as well as one of the drawer pulls missing. Dining set dark cherry in color with 6 chairs. Sits higher than typical, with "pub" height chairs. Has leaf which folds out into larger setting for 6. In really good shape. Has mark on top from candle wax which could probably be fixed easily but is also easily covered with a table runner. One of the chairs is missing some color due to coming into contact with something which pulled the color off it but could be fixed simply by restaining or touching it up. Moving so would rather sell it than haul it. Legs will come off so can be transported more easily. Have other items listed as well. Like new Queen Douglas Valley Plush Natural Care Mattress for sale with boxspring. New was $2299.99 Asking for $1000 or best offer. We bought this mattress about a month ago, my wife likes it because it�s very soft, but to my dismay it doesn�t suit my back. We�ve actually only slept on it for 2 weeks(vacation) on top of a dust might cover, 2 mattress pads and sheets so the mattress is like new. Fantastic deal for a high end mattress.

This is an amazing futon, looks very classy, has a durable frame, and the best part--it's actually comfortable! Whether as a place to sit or a place to sleep! I know the difference because I used to own a futon with a metal frame, and there is no comparison in the comfort level between this wooden frame futon and my old metal frame one. The mattress is very thick and comfy. Originally purchased for $550.

I am moving, so have to part with this great furniture piece. I can't deliver, so you will have to pick it up.
