Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art combining movement, music and fun! Kicks, dodges, acrobatics, dance, songs and instruments...there's nothing else like it.



If you've seen it and thought about maybe trying capoeira someday, Now is your chance for a stress-free introduction.



In this 4-week class you will learn the basic movements of capoeira, as well as how to apply them in this dynamic game. The series will give you a taste of capoeira and prepare you to comfortably enter the ongoing classes.
