I am selling a 1984 Hobie 14. This boat is in great shape and has only been sailed a few times in the past couple years since I picked up a larger catamaran right after purchasing this. The Hobie 14 is a great single person sailboat. There are new wires and lines on the boat. The trailer has new rear lights and the only thing that needs to be replaced are the sidelights (which the hulls cover up anyway, so they are really not that usefull in that position.) The sail is in good conidition except for a couple small tears where the batten ends are and doesn't effect the performance at all.
You can get a hold of me to see it or you can see the boat at West Marine's swap meet and flea market on Saturday May 10th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 2455 W. Broadway St. I'm expecting the boat to go quickly because of the shape of it and since Madison has 4 surrounding lakes to easily trailer the boat to. It only takes 5 minutes to set up the boat and head out on the lake. Or even a quick launch if you live on the lake. The boat is light.
