This is the second announcement of a donation-based dance class that will be offered in the coming month, when there are enough people to fill the class. It's definitely a quandry that dance schools charge a lot for just one dance class. For the practitioners like myself who like to teach just to have fun as a community offering, the benefit goes far and the expense is very little. The goal here is to find enough people to fill the class to cover the expense of renting the space(usually about $15). So if we have that many or more, it just gets cheaper and we can use extra to subsidize future classes. Performance opportunities will be available for those who are interested.
