Looking for another female roomy to fill our duplex. The house offers over 2800 sf ft of living area; 4 beds, 2.5 baths, large kitchen, gas fireplace, tons of storage, 2 car garage, vaulted ceiling, large yard, and a nice sized deck off the back. Location is in a nice neighborhood conveniently located close to restaurants, gas stations, Walgreens, Copps, a coffee shop, bike path, and much more. Rent is $450 plus 1/3 of utilities (approx $30).
You would be living with two 28 yr old professionals who still like to have fun! We enjoy the outdoors, being social, but also like relaxing at home. We are both pretty clean but aren't too crazy about it. Currently, there is 1 dog living in the house; he's a 70 lb black lab who is very sweet and well trained. We aren't opposed to other pets, but we would have to make sure that they get along with the only "man of the house".
