First the site gives you a penny and you can play 1 of 3 games against other people online for the penny to double it. As you continue to double that penny you can make your way up the ladder. There are a number of people who have accounts worth over $1000 from just playing games. Then once you're account is at least $10 you can request a payout and they will send you a check.
The reason why this works is because you watch a 15 second video advertisment(usually just the same as ones you would see on TV) as it searches for a player to challenge. So everything you win is all paid by advertisers.
